Expected more

I booked a trip from jhb to Cape Town, including car and hotel via the website. No complaint about the flight or car, but the hotel is busy with renovations. Not nice with the noise and thee smell of dust in the air if you suffer from asthma.
At least they should inform you about it beforehand.

Secondly, my return flight was the 22h00 flight. I finished early and asked if it could be changed to 20h00. Yes but at R2400 extra! They would rather fly with an empty seat than accommodate a customer that already paid!
