Putco
Putco gives bad service

I would like to complain about Putco bus service - Oops there is no service what so ever.
Drivers will drive pass you @ the bus stop even when you are indicating to show that you are waiting for the bus. Then they will tell you that they are not allowed to pick up people on some routes yet they drive pass the place, and every second day there is four or five busses stuck on the road people are late for work because of un-serviced busses. Worst of all they are not taught customer service and even if you lay a complaint to the transport manager "Mr Alfred Nxusa" he will pass the bug. Maybe Mr Franco Pisapia (managing Director) needs to know how the people on the ground feel about his employees. We need some company to compete with them & then only will they understand that they are employed to service people because without us they won't get their salaries
