Wrong booking made at airport

I went to the airport to change my daughter's booking on the 25th june 2013. I gave the young man at the airport the paper with all my daughter's details and the exact flight number that he was supposed to change it to and he changed it to a wrong flight. Even after I had handed him the paper saying I wanted a flight for 10h20am he gave me a flight for 21h50. I have tried calling the call center and was placed on hold for 15minutes. I eventually ran out of airtime and called again and spoke to roxanne who said she could not assist me and that I had to go back to the airport, I then asked her for the contact details o the airport and she said she didn't have them. I live far from the airport and use public transport in this cold cape town weather. I cannot go back to the airport. I would like some assistance please as I have already paid the 730 rands to change the flight but was given the wrong one.
