Rude cabin attendant

Believe it or not, this lady threatened to kick me off the plane, because I expressed my dissatisfaction with the service I'd received during the check-in process. Not only did she send me up and down the airplane to find space for my on-board luggage, she was unbelievably rude to me (I have witnesses), she threatened to kick me off, and proceeded to make derogatory remarks about passengers flying from CT! I didn't know that "low-cost" also meant "low on service quality! " Certainly the last flight I'll ever take on that airline! And if I can help it, none of my friends either. Low cost flying is one thing, but it surely cannot be at the expense of polite and courteous service?
