I received a lovely email detailing the changes to my flight for next week... with absolutely NO regard to whether the changes were convenient for me or not! The aircraft apparently needed to undergo maintenance and so passengers have simply been bumped off the flight. I have a meeting scheduled next week that other attendees also needed to make arrangements for... now I have had to change my flight to the day before with the added expenses of accommodation and car hire. You may brag about your costs being so low but you cannot brag about your shocking service. And to add insult to injury I am told that an agent contacted me on my cell... when indeed no call was received! Liars to boot!!
