Double billed for ticket

I am devastated at the lack of service/urgency/interest which I've received for from Kulula customer service in the last 10 days. I booked x2 return tickets from JHB to PE on the 2nd July and was charged R6428.00 twice, on separate dates (5th July and 10th July). I have spoken to Standard Bank, and they confirm that the two amounts have been taken off my account, and that my bank statement suffices as proof of the two transactions.

Therefore, I have paid a sum total of R12, 856 for x2 return tickets - with Kulula taking no responsibility. As I do not have an overdraft facility, account has been frozen since the 10th July, when they debited my account with the second amount. Therefore I have not been able to access my cheque account, which has severely upset my month so far.

Its so sad to see such poor customer service, from an airline which I use so frequently. Hoping that the issue will be resolved, and that they are aware of these technical glitches in order to prevent this from happening in the future.
