INTEREST charged on credit card though paid on tim

Dear Sir/Madam,

Good Day

Please assist me here as interest has been changed on my kulula credit card on 10th Jan 2013 though due date is3rd Jan 2013 and as per my fnb statement also i paid the due amount on 2nd Jan 2013. Since Kulula Card is operated by FNB and I have paid from my FNB cheque account. That's not my fault that amount not reached to kulula at same time. its suppose to reflect the amount same time since kulula and FNB ra same.

Your assistance in this regard is highly appreciated
