Depart from Johannesburg to Windhoek the bus got delayed by. 3 hours, due to a breakdown! No notification sms's got send out, or even apologies. Departing from Windhoek to Johannesburg 3 weeks later, again a delay, of 2 Hours, after someone on the bus didn't have necessary documents at the border. Shouldn't these things be checked as passengers board the bus
