I hate your buss service

Hello,

i boarded the bus on July 3rd 2013 at Belville at 7:15pm going to Humansdorp. the bus was so hot and when i asked the attendant to put the aircon lower she had a attitude, then while on our way i saw cockroaches running around in the bus. im disgusted, i called your call center and the agent and team was rude. i will never use your bus service again. then coming back to Belville on July 11th 2013 from Humansdorp the bus had to be there at 23:15pm the bus pitched up at 1:20am. then the co-driver was also rude, then i get into the bus then there was people sitting on my seat which was booked so i had to move a row behind.

i will never use your service again and i will be telling everyone about bus service and not to use it.
