In a nutshell. We were promised as per quote and charged R3000 more due to "hotel being overbooked" which we confirmed a month in advance. We also paid for transport from hotel to airport, our transport never showed up nor did our refund. Upon checking out of our hotel we were told that they had short paid and we had to pay an additional balance before leaving. These people crooked us out of -R3300 and till today they have not refunded me the amount agreed upon on the last email. Do not book with them. They are quick to ask for payment and have the most incompetent staff and attitude after they get paid.
