Outstanding balance from booking not returned

Dear team,

Reservation was done for 5 sept 2013 till 9 sept 2013
I used the services for albany hotel in Durban and i paid 10.000 towards they bank account of Albany Hotel. with this a amount of 617 rands is outstanding of which they refuse to deposit back into my account. I have often used the albany hotel and always made sure i paid the final balance but this time i paid in more and they could not hand over
