No understanding- Passengers just a nr to Kulula

My wife flew to George today 2 Des. A lady with the name Kwena booked us in.

She booked in 2 bags- 1no was 25 kg and the other 17kg (she was flying with our infant)

Yes I understand that 1 no bag can only be 20kg. But we tried to explain the following to her:
It is impossible for her to carry hand luggage due to the fact that she needs to carry the pram and our baby (she is not a super human), both bags together is 42kg, this only 2 kg over if added and they are flying internationally in Jan next year thus the reason for the weight.

The lady Kwena could not care less about our sitaution and just said pay for extra weight. We have done so due to the fact that we had no other alternative (everything needed to go).

But it feels that passengers on Kulula is just another nr, there is no understanding for "out of the odrinary" situations. The marketing of "we care" or we "go the extra mile"etc so often seen from Kulula is a bunch of nonsenses.

I will go out of my way to warn people not to fly with you.
