Their delearship is full of bogus leadership

I have purchased a brand new toyota etios sedan Xs from Toyota Randburg, a week after purchased the car i have identifed 11 defects, I reported the problem to them, they asked me to bring in the car for repairs, after trying repairing it they have failed to get it right. They have said to me they will have to speak Toyota South Africa technical specialist to help, they asked me to bring the car again, I complied but only to find out it was not worth it because they haven't find way to resolute my problem. They are not even trying to get it right but what they are doing is to find ways to blame me. Until now my car is 2 months old 2013 model but have problems of a car which is 6 years old. I edge my fellow South African to be very much sceptical when buying cars from Imperial toyota Randburg. Because if not you will fall into same situation as me. Better buy cars from other delears who will accept their mistakes and try to resolve their problems. Very tough situation indeed, a car is amost expensive item that you must enjoy after buying it, so be vigilant because they will rob you in the name of good service until you sign the contract with them, once you signed they changed.
