Yesterday 03-07-2013, i bought a ticket @ 12:57 to travel from cape to Johannes burg, the bus bus was gonna depart at 18:00, i came at 18:04 there was no bus, fine i went to the office to ask them to put me on standby, they said no they cant do that and my TICKET has expired my R560 is GONE, plus there NO REFUND. was like surprised about how can that happened so quick?..which way of running business is this?..are this people thinking about tomorrow or they just think for that current time. okay, i asked them to phone the bus drivers to ask them where they are at that time, guess what, they said they don't have their numbers, i asked a head office number, they gave me an invalid number, up until i decided to book a tax trying to get the bus in BELVILLE, unfortunately i ddint get it. to day i phoned the head office they just told me that my ticket has expired and nothing can be done, i asked to see the manager, they said am not allowed... THESE PEOPLE THEY CALL THIS A "BUSINESS"... my question is WHERE DO THIS PEOPLE SEE THEIR BUSINESS IN THE NEXT FIVE YEARS IF THEY WILL CONTINUE RUNNING IT THIS WAY?...if they don't do anything... i will never be one of their customers anymore
