Cancel without notification

I just called the call centre to find out what is the amount still owing, and was informed that it has been cancelled, if this is the case I was never notified and never requested this?
There were 80 points left and now nothing.
Why the am I paying this then??
The last time I booked was in 2009 since then nothing..
And I am being told that I cancelled this.
If they have sent through communcation then I need to know where!!!
