I was informed that I could purchase 33 Holiday Club points at the special price of R23909. The normal price of these points is R95634. I paid the amount of R23909 via credit card the same evening.
I was later informed by the Holiday Club that the first monthly amount of R2700 (approximately) would be due at the end of March 2013. This would be to repay the R72000 (approximately) still owed to the Holiday Club for the points purchased.
I contacted Realtime Marketing and all proof was provided to them that the contract was completed in my absence after I left. The incorrect amount were entered on the contract. I also provided Realtime Marketing with the proof of the credit card payment. I have since requested the refund of the amount paid and the cancellation of the contract but have not heard from Realtime Marketing again even though the e-mails sent have been read.
I will appreciate it if Hello Peter can address the issue on my behalf.
