WORSTE EXPERENCE EVER!!!

I was travelling with my dad and daughter coming from Port Elizebath to Port shepstone Firstly when we got on the bus we were not given any stickers for our lougage or even seat numbers and the bus was almost full already the bus was dirty and smelling of urine it seems as tho the toliets were never cleaned as we travelled we were informed that in umtata they were going to put us on sprinter taxis as they need the bus for a cape town trip when getting to umtata there were no sprinters there for us and was told that we will now have to do the swop in kokstad just before we reached kokstad in mount eloff the bus pulled over and told us that he was waiting for the sprinters to arrive when questioning the driver on how they could do this to us when we had paid the full amount a his response was that he only did has he was told they off loaded us! t 30 people and put only 15 of us in a bus wiwith all our bags old we arrived 4 hours later than we were expected the company didn't even say sorry any of us it was the worse experence of my life the servive was so bad they even refused to give us our monies back This buses should be taken off the road I could give so much more detail
