INEXPERIENCED DRIVERS -vs UNSAFE BUSES

Ddon the 14 December we boarded from JHB, Translux via Umtata and we were going to Umzimkulu. The drivers did not know the route and they got lost when they got to Pietermaritzburg as a result they decided to use Underberg without notifying the passengers. Even the route to Underberg they did not know it they even passed the "KOKSTAD BOARD" and had to go back to enter Kostad route. When we asked how are we going to get to Umzimkulu, they told us we can either return with them in the evening from Umtata, no apology. We got off at Kokstad and hiked back to Umzimkulu and had to pay again to Umzimkulu.the least they could have done was to ask for directions from the passengers or even at the garage! how difficult can that be from a person who can at least use their brains!!!

Coming back on the 17 Dec on our return frm Umzimkulu the bus started to make sounds after we left at Montrose and there was something burning. we told the driver who ignored the passengers and decided to stop ONLY when he realised the sound ws serious.we were stuck from 02:30 -06:20 (4hours). it shows that the buses are not serviced. Families lose their loved ones because of NEGLIGENCE! WORSE TRIP EVER!
