I would like to commend BONGI from the Grey hound contact center in JHB for her AWESOME customer service, I'm a first time traveler and looking for the greatest prices and exceptional quality for my son and I. I'm extremely nervous and needed information about the buses and she was exceptionally helpful and made me laugh a bit and also related to me being a first time traveler and a mother! big ups on your service delivery BONGI! Awesome work, i think i can stuff my nerves for now, after that conversation with her and book my tickets ASAP!
