Freezing in this cold winte

Boarded the bus in Durban at 8pm for Johannesburg, just as we left Durban station it was freezing in the bus. I politely to switch off the fan as we where feeling cold upstairs of which they did switch it off. Then 30 min later the cold front hit us again! When we inquired why it was back on we where informed that when you board the bus and decide to sit in front you have to have a blanket. As there is nothing the crew can do about the air, overall i am to freeze all the way to Johannesburg. I thought this was a luxury coach? I feel like am in one of those chicken buses! Thank you Intercape for what is about to be my worst journey ever! Worst service ever!
