Bad service

Where do I even begin, I was never in my human life ill-treated and disrespected not to mention humiliated the way I was with this buss service.

had a beautiful holiday in Durban and due to roadlink being the only available bus leaving @ 14:00pm I decided to book me and my friends on that bus, we where told the Sunday before departure that we are now going to leave @ 20:00 pm. how do you tell someone that they will leave 6 hours later and there is nothing you can do about it. when speaking to management they told us that they informed us and we now have to bow down to their rule. the loss we occurred as a result of raodlink would have made a few hungry kinds happy, when telling them about the charity work we do and that we need to be in jhb by 23:00 the latest they didn't care, not even give us our refund or book us on a different bus. I was deeply hurt to mention the least by the service I received from this bus service. if they couldn't transport us out of dbn by the time we booked for, the least they could have done would be to refund us, but still they refused to refund us.
