Oohhh my gosh i just call Department of Defence, Navy in Pretoria. an i spoke to the guy by the name of JOHN he is in the reception area I think as he answers calls. Wow this guy is so rude and very unprofessional. All i wanted to know was to ask about the courses they offer wow he just dropped the phone on me not once twice. He was not even interested in listening to my questions all he says was we don't and i don't know what you're talking about.

He really need to go back and do customer service course and managements and communicational skills cause this shows that he was employed without any skills.
