South Of Africa Portfolio Of Fine Properties
No response to my cancellation

I had an accommodation booking for Kliphuisie for this weekend coming weekend (14 - 17 June 2013) and paid my deposit on 16 April 2013. On 24 May 2013 I decide to cancel and notified South of Africa accordingly. The lady, Dina responded and asked for my banking details so that she can escalate the payment details to their finance department. She said she would come back to me but I have to call and mail her all the time. I enquired on 30 May, 3 June as well as 12 June and Dina just says she going to talk to her manager or that she will come back to me or just plain nothing.
