One way ticket from Durban to JHB R1700

Booked a flight on the 22th of June for my son, however the destinations were incorrect. Instead of KZN to JHB is was the other way around. I have realised the mistake today and went to manage my booking. The first ticket on Kulula paid for on the 22th was R715.00, when I now changed by destinations and on time frame chose British Airways they charged me the full ticket amount with extra on R1012. I spoke to customer care long stories on taxes echt... So I went on on to the site to book one just on the BA same date the total amount to be paid was only R963. I do understand that you pay a sir charge which was R342 on the exchange, however my payment of R715 was cleary not brough in perspective. In full I have now paid for a one way ticket R1715, 00 in total which is ubsurd. According to me the difference should only have been only R650. Additional taxes again on R885 should have been included in the ticket price??? I was not happy with the customer care dept on the explanation. Flight code booking PAQJUE for Sheldon Berger.
