Booked a ticket on behalf of someone, only to realise 30 mins later, this was their "calling name" and not their"Christian" name as reflected on their ID (The id number supplied initially was still correct) Said individual phoned Kulula callcentre, and was told that he had to get a clearance from a police station, stating this, and come to the airport... which he did. He was then made to pay for a new ticket (at a higher price), and was told they would credit the account for the 1st ticket purchased. A week later we call in because there was still no refund, and are now toldm that no they cannot refund because, if it is a nickname and not a second name, they have some policy... what a load of hog wash! Surely they cannot be so desperate for R616 rand, that they would risk a charge, which i intend laying... time permitting
