This morning we received a mail with specials for trips that can only be booked at the call centre for the month of June 2013. We were suppose to be book between 09:00 and 17:00. The problem is since 09:00 we have two telephones in the office on redial which is suppose to the moment that call is ended ours will go through and now at 11:00 still no luck. The telephones are permanently engaged.
This is bait marketing and as a regular traveller with our Airline I do not appreciate this kind of service. Don't advertise something if you do not have people to assist.
Shocking - I must maybe go back to SAA - at least they answer their phones.
