False advertising! Waste of time and effort!!

Can Mango please explain why their call centre is engaged since 8.30? My husband, mother and myself have been calling for 2 hours straight from 2 phones each, but it is impossible to get through to you??!!! I got through once, held on for sooooo long and then i got cutt off! Not only are you wasting peoples airtime, but you wasting peoples time by false advsertising. If this offer was genuine, surely it would have been made available through the website. Your call centre cannot be this useless! Theres no queing system or voice automated promts, just a lousy engaged tone. I think you need to compensate all your customers that have been trying to call you for hours on end and make the special available online! Please do not falsely advertise in the future. Really dissapointed. Frequent Mango traveller, never experience such poor service before! Rectify your mistake!
