Flysaa criminal intent

How dare flysaa tell me that they will deduct 25% of my hard-earned money due to them having cancelled a flight and blaming weather. Only flysaa new there were delays prior to us booking the flights why did they not disallow additional booking upon that discovery. I need my full refund
