Extremely Bad service and rude staff members

I make use of the train on a daily basis from Du Toit station in Stellenbosch where I constantly receive bad service. The staff memebers are rude and lazy and sit on their cellphones when people are standing in long queues. When this is addressed by commuters, staff members are rude to commuters and swear at them. On certain occassions there is one specific ticket officer that sleeps on the job and is very untidy! Prices have increased but nothing better is happening.
