QVC never have space for me to use my points

Every time I phone they never have place for me since I have taken out QVC I was never able to use my points. I told them in 2012 I want to sell my points for I am paying monthly but am never able to use the points. Just never places available for me in Western Cape. They do not respond to me regarding the selling of points for I am paying for nothing. Money wasted!!! I am FEDUP with QVC.

All I want is to have them sell my QVC for I am loosing money. Why is there never a place for me to book? I can not book months in advance for I have kids at school not always sure when we are open for a weekend. is 2 weeks in advance not sepose to be enough time to book?
