Flexi Club - a true legal!!!

It blows my mind that companies such as Flexi Club is still in existence today. Oh wait, why are they still... because the from us and make heaps of money from ordinary consumers like me!!!

I am so sick and tired of the escalating fees and subs each year, just to have a call centre agent calling you to sell you more point to keep up with increase points required to maintain what you bought from the start. At quite a fee I must add. I certainly do not get value from my subscription. I have to book 9 plus months in advance to book a resort, still to only get the usual left-over. Otherwise book a weekend here and there to somehow make use of the available points. What I am paying each year can certainly buy me a nice house for 6-8 somewhere next to the coast for a week, so the benefit of this does not show!

I have been trying to re-sell my points since October 2012. Since my first email (to [Email Removed] on 5 October 2013 and a subsequent 2 additional emails since, I had pure nothing in the form of feedback from them. This just goes to show how committed they are to their "life time contracted" clients. What a!
