We are attemting for the third time to utilize points for an interatrional vacation. Our booking is over 12 months away. They claim via there guide book to have over 6000 resorts with 1950 in northern Europe. 1st they refuse the use of a voucher with no expiry date. Then just utilizing points they can only offer barge boats. really out of 1950 resorts over 14mths away. The first 2 trips we thought oh well, we must have left it too late. This time we had bought additional points on the prestest that the system had changed now with iexchange there is aways LOTS of resorts available. really, try booking. I think there booking office is pretoria high court every time you want to book to utilize points internationally you need to take them to court. So watch out take your lawyer with you when you want to book. I hope some legal dude shuts them down, they just sell, sell, sell SOOOO MANY CLIENTS so little accomadation, shuss hope everyone doesn`t book at once. Just like gym, 10000 clients but space for only 15 to train.
