Wat shud hav been an over nite journey turned into a 2 day nightmare.1st the bus came 2 hours late in the hands of a very rude and bad mannered driver no explainations nor apologies were given to us, 2 hours later the bus got stuck in the middle of nowhere and again no communication was available and when asked the driver once again became rude saying we are not his customers and so we sat there in the dark in the middle of nowhere in a very dangerous stippy road. The taxis finaly came past 4 in the morning instructed to take us to bloem where we were supose to find a bus to joburg and according to them they were contacted same time our bus got stuck but because the national director mr naidoo wanted a cheap price they had to negotiate at the cost of our safety nevertheless we got to bloem to find that there was no bus meeting us there so we had to sit there for hours without any answers from the staff once again they hired taxis to take us to winburg where we were suposed to take a bus and we got there but the bus had a flat tyre and once again we waited more hours for help, we got to joburg around 4 in the morning on tuesday. bad service roadlink should be discontinued period.
