I am writing on behalf of my mother, who becuase of resorurces can not do it for herself. Mrs MC Mogwera, Membership number:674960, On 15/01/2013 my mother called in to book for a weekend (01 till 04 March 2013) at one of your resorts, she called in this morning to inform that she wont go ahead with the booking on the same weekend due to family responsibilities that she needs to attend to (unveilling of tombmstone), she called in to cancell the booking but she was informed she still needs to pay an excess in an amount of R 1400.00, i called in at your client care department, i spoke to Llyod Appelsamy who informed me even if a person books today and they need to a funeral during the time they have booked they still need to pay the said excess, HOW SICK CAN YOU GET, this is unheard of, quite preposterous and absurd if you ask me, how on earth do you run your business like this? OFF PENSIONERS??
Please note my mother will not be using the booking as mentioned above and she will not be paying that excess amount, this booking will be moved to her convenient time (since she is the one paying you robbers on a monthly basis) FYI Ombudsman is my next step (Flexi club directed me to you
