POOR SERVICE

We are trying to get a paraplegic passenger to rather get on at Midrand stop as it is too dangerous to go to the middle of Pretoria town and they want to charge us a 20% admin fee, which is totally ridiculous as it is not even out of their way. They won't even take into consideration my friends nightmare fears of Pretoria CBD as she has been attacked in the area just a few months back not far from the station. PLEASE could someone show a little care and empathy and just allow her to board at Midrand.
