R 100 for parking

I was forced to get a lift back from pretoria to midrand station as I could not get to the pretoria station, as it is situated in the middle of a rush hour traffic snarl. So I got a lift to the midrand station. I asked the ticket attendant if I'd be charged R 80 for parking as I had only used the train one way into pretoria. She told me I'd be charged, and that it was policy. I said I found it unacceptable.

TELL ME. If I came to your offices and said I was charging you R 5000 for not building your website, would you pay me?? Your parking tarrifs are 15 rand per day. Therefore, you charged me R 100 for parking that is R 85 more, because i DIDNT use your service. That is extortion and bad business practice. If you do not refund me I will escalate to consumer complaints commission.
