No feedback from my last complaint - pathetic

I find it absolutely pathetic that no one has been able to resolve my issue for over a month now or even
bothered to call me after my last Hellopeter report. The fact that I paid R1800 into my Kulula card and it cannot be traced is scary to say the least.
I can't believe FNB is affiliated with such bad service.
I tried calling again to follow up, but no one is answering.
I am closing my credit card next month.
