Illing me me over R1000 that i did not use

I opened another contract withe them, wanting to keep my first no, for my firs contract was not on my name.so i carried my original no over to the new contract. should have taken a month ended up taking over 2 months.
Been 2 weeks trying to sort out this bill. the call operators can see that the billing is not adding up, but they don't get someone to call me back explaining to me how do they get to the amount. when i call in to speak to the person i have spoken to the last time, i am placed on hold for more than 20 min not even sure if thy just put the phone down or what for there is no music playing or anything.
