Insulting client-will not give service

@10:43AM dated 30/04/2013 i went to Bank city Branch paying my contract account.
Seven clients where in the branch awaiting service on consultants, when it was my turn to be serviced, the consultant said screaming in front of all the clients, that she will not assist me, cause me as the client was rude to her, which happened one year ago, whereby i asked her to activate my account to be an open account. After numerous phone calls to her only 3 days later she told me she did not know how to do the transfer, and would ask her Manager for assistance, now one year later screaming at me when i am a valued client to Mtn for years to get services always from Mbosi Mothale. I need action to be taken on her, as it is unacceptable, not only did she annoy me, she is arrogant and she needs to be rep-remanded. If i do not get a written apology for her actions i will take it further.

Highly upset-do something about her-she is insulting and humiliating the name of MTN
