I was going to keep quiet about this thinking that the customer service at FNB EasyPlan Branch in Denneboom would improve but it's getting worse. First of all the consultants act like they are being forced to assist us, sometimes they all run to the back door if people want assistance. Its as if they are hiding themselves, they don't respect their uniform, they talk on their cellphones in front of clients (even when they are sitting with a client) They go to the bottle store in the complex with their uniform, I went to the branch a couple of times last year and u could smell alcohol in the branch (with them holding their glasses) in december I also experienced the same thing. I doubt the CCTV is being checked by the manager because the behaviour has not changed. Alot of people complain about this branch we just go there because they open till late and we can deposit at the ATM.Something must be DONE about this!!
