Most abrupt call centre staff I EVER encountered

I was called about an account. I merely asked the consultant what account it is as I have an account through a service provider and cannot understand why she is calling me. Their consultants must be of the most rude people I have ever encountered! Are they trained that way? I will never be willing to speak to these rude, insulting consultants who have NO client relations or experience of dealing and speaking to humans, let alone clients!!!
