I reported a fault about 2 phone sockets in my house which were not working, the technician who arrived yesterday, 29/04/13, did a tremendous job. he rerouted the cable to cut out the faulty area, nothing was too much trouble. I think his name was Johan Slabbert and I just want to compliment him on his work ethic and professionalism.
