The staff at Telkom Menlyn treat customers with no respect. they pass the bug and have bad attitude. I had to wait for 30 minutes to be acknowledged. then they told me they cant help me. even after explaining my situation with the product I have purchased from Telkom. The branch manager and his staff laughed at me after asking them about the ombudsman. they even urged me to go apply for another contract elsewhere. I have only had a contract with Telkom for 2 months and there product is already malfunctioning. I regret ever supporting Telkom. I have never experience such bad customer experience. please be advised that have reported this to the Ombudsman and I plan on also taking this to the Consumer Protection act. I will not be violated n be taken advantage of
