Student not eccepted but paid for registration Y12

Today i got a shock of my life. I called UJ to find out if my daughter was accepted as we registered last year. and even paid for registration fee. I was told my daughter was not accepted and that I should phone Edwin who deals wilth selection. Immediately after that I phoned Edwin and he adivsed that my daughter should come to UJ premises they will re register her again. When she got there, she stood in a long line when she eventually got there the security guy refused to let her in and we where advised by Edwin to come to the Univesity. When I tried calling Edwin to tell the securities wont let her in Nosipho Sithole spoke to me in a very rude manner and she hang up the phone on my ear. I called again to ask here why was she rude, she still gave me an attitude. I am very shocked and angry from the service I got from UJ. They staff is not professional and they abusing the system. How do u not take a child who passed with an Examination, after taking their registration and say that they dont qualify. I need to these questions aswered by someone who is Senior in that Univerity and give me answeres. Theu should axactly tell me what to do with a child sitting for the whole yea
