Cancellation of contract -5 calls ignored

I have a number of cell phone contracts with Vodacom for telephone services and 3G access for my children and ex wife. My daughters 3G contract expired in February 2013 (cell phone number 071 684 0256) or so I was told by the Vodacom "customer care" center at Gateway in Umhlanga back in December 2012. The service was expensive and problematic for my daughter and she decided she wanted to change to MTN through a contract which was on special and which I had to buy there and then or lose out.
I accepted that I would have to continue to pay for the Vodacom contract until the end of it's term (R220 per month) but was assured by the Branch that their system had been updated and that the charge would end in February.
I have been charged for March and April and can't for love nor money get the call center to sort this out. every time I phone (3rd March / Martha / reference S3-PMB2K-KP7LD) I'm told it will be cancelled at the end of the month in which I call which is unacceptable this is either daylight or a complete systems failure on the part of Vodacom.
It is shocking to think that an organisation can continue to charge at their will and irresepective of instructions.
