Hi

I work from home, and my ADSL line have not been working for 3 weeks now. After numerous call to the call centre, i have experienced no joy. It frustartes me that my neighborus lines are oeprating effectively, and they experience no problems with their lines. If a techician could assist it would be greatly appreciated, as i am very dependent on the avialability of internet. Telok advises that they know there is a problem, but no action is taken. Could this problem persist for a year, a month, no indication, so its difficult to make alkternative arrangements.
