Cell C
Case not taken seriously

Last week, I recieved a statement that I owe Cell C R1031.00 on a contract that I do not have. Monday 21/03/2013, I called Cell C customer services and spoke to cambridge, ref no 304220000104905.
It was later discovered that someone has used my details and purchased a blackberry and a Samsung galaxy and have contracts under my name. He assured me that the 2 lines will be blocked and someone will contact me urgently. Three days later, No one called me and no solution. Today, I called the customer services and spoke to Brad .he told me he could not pick up that reference number and will have to log another call and I will have to wait another 24 -48 hrs for the department to contact me .ref 3042401203...
At the mean time, I still have this debit order that is over my head and about to go off at the end of this month and you people are draggin your feet and noone cares...
I am cancelling all my contracts if this is not resolved in your 48hrs
