Pathetic bad service, conned by CellC twice in arow

On the 17/08/2013, cellc mistakenly debited my R57airtime for BIS (which I already have paid for it for Aug'13). A query was launched on and they send me an sms saying that they get back to me within 24-48hrs whcih they didn't. It took me a week for cell c to re-imburse me with my airtime. Then yesterday another nightmare happened, I called the call centre to cancell my contract and make it prepaid, as on the 3rd/4th of Aug'13 was my 24th month. They cancelled it, but the problem was that after it has been changed, I couldn't access bbm, whatsapp and internet. I called Cellc today and they transfered my calll to the blackberry technical department (spoke to Simmon) & she explained to me that my BIS was deactivated and she transfered me back to the call centre and I spoke to Theresa Motloung whereby she also explained to me that I have forfeited my BIS. I tried to explain to her that the consulant that I spoke with yersterday didn't even mention anything about that my BIS will be de-activated and again I wasn't advised that I could have cancelled my contact before I receive the August airtime. I need clarity & clear explanation from cellc as a valued customer as a notice wasn't given
