Worst reception and even worse service

Hi

What do I need to do to get some service, this is my 3rd or 4th request, nobody is calling me back or resolving my issues, cannot make calls from home despite showing full signal, i have dropped called all the time, people cannot get hold of me, my work is sufferring becuase of this. Can someone please respond and I dont mean send me a mail, call me, i want out of my contracts as I feel I am not getting the service that signed up for.
