Cell C
Cell C does not delive

I renewed my contract with Cell C in Jan 2012. As part of the renewal I was to receive a new phone. This never arrived. After a number of calls over a 6 month period I went through to the Sandton offices and was there for over 2 hours.
I was promised that the phone would be delivered to me the next day, (Thursday) It was not so I decided to cancel my contract.
Cell C has now handed me over. I will defend this case in court as CELL C WAS IN BREACH OF CONTRACT!
